Founded in 1980, the Yiddish Book Center is a non-profit organization working to recover, celebrate, and regenerate Yiddish and modern Jewish literature and culture through the rescue, digitization, and translation of Yiddish books and the presentation of innovative educational and public programs that broaden understanding of modern Jewish identity.

The Yiddish Book Center Museum Store features a thoughtfully curated collection of English translations of Yiddish writers, Jewish literature, and Yiddishly-related gifts and books.
